• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our Service (Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and live streaming, Expo for delivering push notifications, and email/SMS providers)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users
• Emergency Contacts: Player and guardian contact information may be shared in emergency situations

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Our Service is designed for use by guardians/parents to manage their children's participation in baseball activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. All player information is collected and managed by verified guardians or authorized team personnel.

• Schedule changes or cancellations

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or app preferences.

10. Live Streaming and Public Content

Coaches and scorekeepers may broadcast games live through the Service. While a broadcast is active, anyone with the stream link may view it, and players on the field may appear on camera and be identified by name or jersey number. Game scores, rosters, and statistics may also be visible to other members of your team and organization.

If you do not want your child filmed or listed publicly, contact your team administrator, who can withhold the player from broadcasts and public rosters.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email okcraidersbaseball@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the delete option in your profile settings. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
